April 2025 Edition

  • 3 group sessions a week
    - 1x Strength session with Joe
    - 1x Conditioning session with Corey
    - 1x Bootcamp style class with Corey and Joe
  • 24/7 access to both CommandoFit Bristol and The Shed during the course
  • ⁠Transform online programme with 5 sessions per week to follow (available for £50 a month to non course attendees)
